Registration Process

Welcome to North Oldham Middle School!! 

2026-2027 Registration

Online Registration will open for 26/27 school year on Monday, April 13th 

Online Registration (OLR)  MUST be done on Google Chrome via a computer NOT through the app on your cell phone.

  • The online portion of registration is done through Infinite Campus Parent Portal. You MUST use your Parent Portal Account, NOT your student’s Portal. If you don’t have a parent portal account or have forgotten your password, please contact Heather Miller at heather.miller@oldham.kyschools.us. 
  • Once logged into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal on Google Chrome, click the Online Registration Tab on the LEFT side menu bar. You may now:
    -Update/Edit information saved in Infinite Campus from previous registration
    -Upload electric or water bill as Proof of Residency
    -Upload Rental Agreements with Residency Affidavit Form (if renting/living with family)
    -Complete Transportation Information **Transportation information for ALL students is required to be submitted during the online registration process regardless of the mode needed (car rider, walker, bus rider). You must click the blue Transportation Form hyperlink to fully submit transportation.**
    -Sign all forms electronically (you must click on all the blue hyperlinks to proceed/submit OLR)
  • Deadline to complete online registration is July 1st - Online registration must be completed before the deadline to avoid delays in scheduling or transportation for your student(s). If you are unable to complete the online portion at home, please call Heather Miller at (502) 228-9998 to schedule an appointment for assistance.   

~6th Grade ONLY~ You must have the following two documents completed and on file at NOMS in order to obtain your schedule. Please turn in both forms to Heather Miller at the NOMS office or by email at heather.miller@oldham.kyschools.us.
Preventative Health Care Exam Form - The exam form MUST be dated by the doctor no more than 1 year prior to the start of 2026-2027 school year.
Updated Immunization Record - CLICK HERE for information on required immunizations. All students must have an Immunization Record or Exemption Form on file to start 6th grade. **Your physician should issue a new, complete Kentucky Immunization Certificate (updated version) with all vaccines recorded.**

Families NEW to Oldham County Schools:
Contact NOMS Registrar, Heather Miller, via email at heather.miller@oldham.kyschools.us or by phone (502) 228-9998 for all registration information. *Tours will be conducted by appointment only and will not exceed 30 minutes. For security purposes, please bring your photo ID and be prepared to show it at the front office. We ask that only new students and their parents/guardians attend the tour. We will not be able to go into the classrooms during the tour.*
